- Blessed to work as a pro musician for 30 years, most notably 12 years touring and recording with Canadian Super Group, The Tenors
- I was living a jet setting lifestyle, however, like many artists I had a fluctuating income
- I Wanted to build some wealth and a solid foundation for my future family however, as a result of that fluctuating income I couldn’t qualify for a mortgage. That forced me to get creative with financing, terms and raising capital in general
- That unstable income and the lessons learned ended up becoming my unfair advantage and eventually allowed me to complete a healthy 8 figures in personal acquisitions, retire early,and build something truly special for my family … a beautiful waterfront farm property in Niagara, The inspiration for EquityFarm.com.
- I’m now 50 with 25 years experience investing in Real Estate … and I’ve still never had a conventional mortgage!
